The entrance to St Mary’s is on Birchanger Lane. You can approach it from the B1383 (up from the Birchanger Roundabout and turn right, or down from Stansted Mountfitchet and turn right), or from the roundabout by Bishops Stortford Football Club.

The 508, 7 and 7A buses also have stops near Birchanger Lane.
